The share of Internet in advertising budgets continues to increase: in France today it represents nearly 15%, with television and the press neck and neck, each of them with approximately 30% of the market share.

On the other side of the Atlantic, the amount of Internet advertising investments passed the 5 billion dollar threshold in the second quarter of 2007, with 5.1 billion, as against 4.9 billion in the first quarter, according to the IAB and PricewaterhouseCoopers (http://www.pwc.fr/).

In addition, this form of publicity is growing three to five times more quickly than other media.

Much more, this growth, higher than other media, is the direct consequence of frequent technological developments which allow for regular qualitative improvement: better controls, improved transparency, new formats such as video.
